High and dry

I often listen, hear, and read that life is full of ups and downs. It's an amalgam of joys and sorrows. It blends all ardencies in one mixie and then gives you a Roller coaster ride of the blended emotions. But there are some times when you feel like HIGH AND DRY knowing all the situations, circumstances, and consequences but you are unable to do anything. You just left helpless like a boat stuck at any high stone without water.

High and Dry is I think the worst time of someone's life when he feels helpless but couldn't do anything for himself or can't resist the feeling of helplessness. That time the person knocks at every possible door to get the solution to the problems he is going through. He wants to talk to every possible person to get resolved. But he doesn't know that the root cause is his overthinking and only person who can resolve this high and dry situation is none else than himself. No one can help you but the thing they can do for you is to be with you, to provide some sort of support to you, not to leave you alone.

 The situation of helplessness can take you to the ride of death. It will give you depression migraine and many more.

To get rid of this you started getting antidepressants, high-dosage medicines, and many more but you forgot that only your creator is being able to solve this. I think in times of high and dry we get upset with the lord too as we are not getting the things we needed the most or we wanted; it might be a thing, some person, or some achievements. we get angry with HIM for not accepting our prayers knowingly that He will grant more in return for it. Although it is the time of trial by your Creator.

Allah Has Said Many time

" فَإِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا : Fa Inna ma’al ‘usri yusra : Verily, with hardship comes ease -(The Relief) [94:6], Qur’an" 

Indeed, After every hardship ease will come. This is the promise of your LORD that after every helplessness you will get the best reward for it. If one door is closed another will be open for you the only thing you have to do is to find out the opened door not to sit and remorse on the closed one.

Disappointment is a Sin and it is the root cause of a high and dry situation leading you to illness.

To Ease in this high and dry situation the only thing you can do is to sit on the prayer mat and cry a lot to ask the help of Allah the Almighty with the trust that HE will not abandoned you like the world does in Hard times so That HE will fulfill his promise and ease will surely come.
